ADS South Africa (Pty) Ltd is a registered legal entity in the Republic of South Africa, incorporated with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) and registered with SARS as an employer. We are not an agent, not a sub-contractor, and not a partner network. We operate from a registered South African office with a SARS PAYE reference, UIF registration, and COIDA registration. Every EOR, PEO and payroll service we deliver is through our own entity, with direct accountability under South African law.
